Most of our guest shop for the best deal on the internet.  Tri-State Vacation Properties uses a dozen web sites to market your property.  We pay our web developers to place the correct words for the best Search Engine Optimization.  We also mail out to past clients who have stayed in Winter Park the past five years.  Most of our clients are repeat customers or referrals.  We also market to the local real estate offices, chamber of commerce and travel agencies. 

Management Fee
Most vacation property management firms charge 45, 50 and up to 70% of the gross revenue.  This is where Tri-State Vacation Properties can save you money. 

We only charge 35% of the gross rental amount!  This is a huge savings over the competition with the same service and marketing exposure!   Maid service, hot tub and contractor fees are extra.   You will receive a monthly statement with the detailing net revenue and extra services.
